4Deposits & Withdrawals

7Prohibited Activities
Pk look is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through pk look.
- Running multiple accounts to abuse bonuses (multi-accounting).
- Attempting unauthorized access or hacking into the platform's system.
- Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
- Accessing the platform from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy.
- Using software or bots to manipulate game outcomes.
Warning: If any of the above activities are detected, pk look will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and report to law enforcement authorities if necessary.
8Account Closure & Suspension
Pk look reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violating the terms or engaging in prohibited activities.
- Failing to complete KYC verification or submitting false documents.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- Court orders or legal requirements.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance will be verified and returned accordingly. Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of up to BDT 50 per month.
9Responsible Gaming
